YOUR
QUESTIONS
Ask Me Anything
Clear and open communication will be essential before, during and after our photo session. Please let me know what questions you have and how I can help bring your vision to life.
How do I contact you?
The best way to reach me is usually by contacting me through my website or by sending me a direct email.
Where do photo sessions take place?
Boulder, CO and the Front Range have no shortage of beautiful locations. My office is the outdoors. I love being outside and prefer the natural landscape to be my backdrop as often as possible. However, newborn sessions take place in my studio and I am able to do studio sessions for headshots and products as well. I shoot mostly in Boulder and any location within 20 minutes of Boulder. I am happy to meet clients at a further distance, however there is an additional travel charge. I service the areas of Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Niwot, Erie, Lafayette, Fredrick, Longmont, Broomfield, Westminster , Golden, Denver, Arvada, Aurora, Firestone, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Cherry Creek, Fort Collins and many more!
WHere can I find your package prices?
There are many different options and packages available. I like to speak with my clients directly so that I am better able to point you in the right direction in regards to the packages available to you. Once I understand your photography needs and budget, we can pinpoint what photo session and package might work best for you. At that time, I can also show you samples of prints, press products and albums.
How soon do I need to book my session?
I typically book months out at a time. It is best to contact me as soon as possible. Sometimes I am able to fit additional photo sessions into my schedule on a whim, but depending on the season, that can be really difficult. Due to the custom nature of my sessions, I limit the number of clients I photograph each month. As a busy mom and business owner, my calendar is usually pretty packed!
What makes you different than any other photographer?
I think we all can agree that photography is a pretty saturated field. There are many photographers to choose from, especially in Boulder, CO. I think what it ultimately comes down to is, personal relationship, photography style, quality and pricing.
First and foremost, I think it is important that we are able to connect on a personal level. You and your family need to feel comfortable and confident with me as your photographer. It is also important to choose a photographer that produces the kind of work and product you are looking for in your price range. I will be honest, I am not a low budget photographer. I run a boutique style business that delivers consistent high quality in service and product.
I love my work and pour my heart and soul into every photo session. I prefer quality over quantity and therefore, I only take a select number or clients each month. If you're not happy, I'm not happy. I only produce high-end images and products and my pricing reflects the type of service and product you will receive.
At the end-of-the-day, in the world of photography, the pictures speak for themselves. As photographers, we can tell you about all of our awards, publications, professional memberships, etc. but it really just comes down to a few key things:
1. Photographers technical proficiency, style and creativity
2. Photographer's professionalism and ability to adhere to a timeline
3. Rapport and communication
4. Budget
5. End Product
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes. Throughout the year I will offer a variety of mini sessions. They will be announced on my Facebook and Twitter pages. I might also post an announcement on my Blog, so be sure to visit regularly.
